Cancellation Policy
Clients will be given a 10 minute grace period for each appointment. After the 10 minute point, we reserve the right to change or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations need to be made within 24hrs. Any appointments that do not meet that time frame or any appointment that is a no-show will be automatically charged 100% of the appointment scheduled.
